Ztnexus is a young institute, founded in 2026, and it grows deliberately. Here is how to work with us.

How we hire

We are a small organization by design, and we do not keep a page of evergreen job postings. When a role opens, it is announced here and filled carefully. Between openings, two doors stay open:

  • Practitioner coaches. Our delivery model depends on practitioners — people with real operating experience in public service, education, philanthropy or nonprofit leadership who can teach from evidence and from the field. If that describes you, we want to hear from you regardless of current openings.
  • Research collaborators. Academics and analysts interested in the translation of evidence into practice — evidence synthesis, evaluation design, retention measurement — are welcome to propose collaboration.

What it's like

Expect small teams, direct involvement in engagements from Discover through Measure, and a culture that takes its own principles seriously: evidence before opinion, outcomes over optics, partnership over projects. Work is largely remote, organized around partner engagements across sectors and time zones.
